Sardine Toast Topper

1 peach or nectarine

 

 

A bowl of good-quality canned Minestrone soup with a little grated Parmesan cheese and a slice of whole grain bread

 

Simple Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta (use green beans if asparagus is out of season)

Avocado, Tomato & Basil Salad

2 sliced kiwi fruit topped with a scoop of your favorite ice cream

 

 

6 dried apricots

A handful of dry-roasted peanuts

 

 

1-2 cups of tea or coffee

1-2 glasses of wine or beer

1 glass of fruit juice of your choice

Plenty of water
