  Turkish Bread with Smoked Salmon and Avocado. Luscious smoked salmon slices and creamy avocado in Turkish pide bread with a selection of crunchy salad vegetables and a tangy dressing.


  Bruschetta with Tomato, Mozzarella and Anchovy. Crusty bread slices toasted and drizzled with olive oil, rubbed with garlic, and topped with tomatoes, basil, anchovies and mozzarella cheese.


  Hummus and Salad Wraps. Fresh salad vegetables paired with hummus and cheese and wrapped in whole grain flat bread.


  Italian-style Pan-fried Sandwich. An Italian version of a Western favorite, made with ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato and basil.


  Mushroom Bruschetta. Bruschetta topped with pan-fried mushrooms seasoned with sea salt, cracked black pepper and flat-leaf parsley.


  Chicken and Avocado Salad Wraps. A combination of chicken with creamy avocado and crisp salad vegetables wrapped in a soft flat bread.
