Asian-style fruit platter



Asian-style fruit platter
A refreshing platter of fresh mandarins, pineapple pieces, kiwi fruit and sliced melon.

1 kiwi fruit—peeled and sliced
1 mandarin—peeled, pith removed and broken into segments
½ cup pineapple pieces
2 slices of honeydew melon—seeds removed

ARRANGE fruits attractively on a large platter to serve.

Tip: If mandarins and pineapples are out of season, use canned and drained mandarin segments and pineapple pieces instead.

  Mango with Lime Syrup and Toasted Coconut. A sweet and simple Thai dessert. Perfect for cooling the palate after a hot Thai curry.

  Orange Agar-Agar with Lychees and Pineapple. Cubes of fresh orange agar-agar (similar to Jello/jelly) served with lychees and pineapple.

  Melon Salad with Ginger Syrup. A refreshing fruit salad made with two types of melon and drizzled with a sweet and tangy ginger syrup.
